remote diagnostic module lets the operator acknowledge and view alarms and
errors on the Humidaire Unit from his position at the console. The last
500 events with date and time may also be viewed! |
The Turbo Nozzle provides maximum Humidaire output in warm weather
ginning conditions. The nozzle works automatically with the water pump
when the ginner turns the switch. This option will provide up to 35 US
gallons of additional evaporation per operating hour.

Koozie Film is your easy solution to improving the efficiency and cold
weather operation of both moist air and drying systems. You use the Koozie
heat gun to shrink the film over conventional insulation that you provide.
The result will be a shiny black pipe that will last for years, even in

 Even
though new Humidaire Units do a good job keeping the maintenance duty to a
minimum, there comes a time when nothing beats a good cleaning. Powdered
acid descaler is your best tool to dissolve scale and calcium buildup. The
pail weighs 50 pounds. Put 10 pounds in the water tank, turn off the purge
system, and run the unit normally for one full day. Rinse the tank and all
nozzles and headers out thoroughly following the acid treatment. Refill
with fresh water and turn the purge valve back on. When you call, be sure
to reference part number 14000. |
