Console space today is at a premium. Gin talent is hard to find. A basic Moisture Mirror provides an easy solution to both problems at the same time! The Moisture Mirror is an economical color touch screen operator station that combines many sophisticated moisture control functions into one friendly device. The operator touch screen fits the same console space as the former digital remote control assembly, but combines up to four different functions in one device.

It provides the following functions:

  • Incoming Moisture/Drying System temperature control with alarm and fuel saver.
  • After-drying Moisture display.
  • Automatic Humidaire control for Steamrollers to permit automatic operation.
  • Flow Analyzer functions to show the operator cotton flow at both module feeder and first stage cleaners (including split).
  • X-Y Plot of moisture over past 24 hours.
