The Exchange Rate of the U.S. Dollar and Equipment Purchases

Exchange rates are an important factor in international commerce.  Right now, the weak dollar is providing a great opportunity to save money on your purchases of cotton conditioning equipment.  Not only will this save you money on your initial purchase, but you will enjoy a fast return on investment through efficiency gains, improvements in quality, and increased bale value.

Over the past few months the U.S. Dollar has been trending up, but compared to 18 months ago it is trading at 16.5% discount to the Euro (EUR) and an 18.4% discount to the Australian Dollar (AUD).  Many expect the U.S. Dollar to continue to recover, meaning now may be the best time to take advantage of good exchange rates.
